Caring Hands Touch

Women's Cancer Action believes that everyone should have access to all available cancer treatments, including complementary and alternative (CAM) therapies.  Unfortunately, insurance companies don't cover the majority of CAM treatments, and patients are often left with fewer choices. 

We created our Caring Hands Touch program to address this gap in our health care system.  Our program provides free bodywork services to women with cancer, at no charge. Through the generosity of trained and experienced volunteer practitioners, Caring Hands Touch offers the opportunity for those affected by cancer to experience relaxation, support and healing.
